Verkaufsbedingungen

Das Grinsen-Team löst seine komplette HO-Sammlung auf (mehr als 7.600 Modelle).
Alle angebotenen Modelle sind "gebrauchte" Modelle, keine Neuware (wenn sie auch teilweise nur ein einziges Mal für ein Foto aus Verpackung genommen wurden).
Die ausgeschriebenen Preise sind in Euro, sie sind bindend, Anfragen zwecks Preisveränderung werden nicht beantwortet.
Jedes Modell ist i.d.R. nur ein Mal vorhanden.
Daher gilt: Wessen Email bei uns zuerst ankommt, der hat als erster Zugriff auf das Modell.
Alle Bestellungen werden notiert, der Käufer erhält eine Rechung (per email). Diese Rechnung ist binnen 7 Werktagen zu begleichen, sonst gilt die Bestellung als nicht getätigt. Nach vollständiger Bezahlung der Rechnung werden die Modelle auf der Homepage als "verkauft" gekennzeichnet, danach erfolgt der Versandt der Ware binnen 3 Werktagen.
Hinweis: Grinsen ist ein privates Sammlerteam, daher ist eine Ausweisung von Mehrwertsteuer nicht möglich.
Mit Abgabe einer Bestellung erklären Sie sich mit obigen Verkaufsbedingungen einverstanden!

The Grinsen-Team breaks up its complete HO-collection (more than 7,600 models).
All offered models are "used" models, not merchandise (even if they partially only left the box once for taking a photo).
All prices are in Euro and are binding, questions about price changes will not be answered.
Nearly all models are unique.
Therefore: the customer whose email reaches us first has the first chance of buying a model.
All orders will be noted, the customer receives a bill (via email). This bill is to be payed within 7 working days, otherwise the order is canceled. After full payment, the models on the page will be marked "sold", after that the postage will start within 3 working days.
Information: Grinsen is a private collectors team, therefore listing of value-added tax is not possible.

Die Beschriftung ist ein altes Selbstklebeetikett im Stil von WIKING ... nicht Original-WIKING.
Es könnte leicht abgenommen werden, da es aber gut ausssieht, habe ich es für meine Sammlung dran gelassen.
Auf Wunsch nehme ich es auch gerne vor dem Versand ab.
The advertising sign is an old self adhesive tag in the style of WIKING ... not an original WIKING.
It can easily be taken off, but it looks very well, so I left it on in my collection.
If wished, I will take it off before shipment.
