Till 1990 some sort of simplifying took place relating to production of wheels.
Still a quite huge varity exists.
Since 1990 new vehicles mostly have faithful wheels.
This causes a immense varity.
The wheels not only differ in diameter and in style of the rim but as well in the running surface (described in sectional view) and tread.
The list is far away from being complete - so there may come a shift in numbers.
